after researching creative processes and observing existing design thinking methods, working together with 12 designers we have constructed a methodology that was made into a website, with the aim to assist in design ideation processes. the website is divided into four stages in which two parts enable accessibility to random theoretical knowledge, and two are for practical exercises.
the exercises are designed for four types of creative thinkers so they will allow each type of creative thinker to expand their way, and to go out of their comfort zone,
while constantly shifting the participate to be a different type of creative thinker.
in the first stage, the participant will receive a random
design manifest.

in order to help him construct what other people perceive is good design.the second part is constructed from two creative thinking challenges. at basic level any physical object can be broken into few parameters, object, material, color, and shape, this leads to question what other things could be composed into an object or product, such as feeling, ideology, territory and style and which type of creative mind will add them to his process. with this in mind we defined and created four different types of creative thinkers, that for each one of them we present a different variation of the challenges.the last part of the website is collection of four random links to theoretical materials, from design methods, technology, and just interesting reads to expand your creative field.

all too often designers can be clouded by bias & routine which can hinder creativity. therefore it is important to incorporate into our work a routine in which we can break out of our usual habits and allow ourselves to expand experiment and just have fun.with RPS the random nature of the tool offers the designer the ability to be free from bias or influence and instead forces them to focus on growing their creative process and pushing the boundaries of their abilities by breaking their norms and allowing them to experiment. Similar tools exist today however the differentiating factor with RPS is that it takes into consideration the varying creative personas that exist as well as the dynamic ever changing spectrum that designers move across.
